Dopo Get Lucky, Lose yourself to dance e Doin’ it right, i Daft Punk hanno optato per Instant Crush come quarto (e forse ultimo?) singolo ufficiale del loro ultimo disco, Random Access Memories (qui la nostra recensione).
Il pezzo è indubbiamente uno dei più interessanti del disco e vede come special guest il leader dei The Strokes Julian Casablancas: Instant Crush è una bellissima canzone che mescola alla perfezione il french eletronic touch del duo parigino con sonorità anni ottanta e accenni all’indie rock. Speriamo soltanto che per questo brano il gruppo faccia un po’di promozione, magari con un bel video ufficiale, anche in considerazione del riscontro (piuttosto deludente) che il disco ha avuto fino a questo punto. Intant Crush è una delle perle del disco, e sprecare questa cartuccia sarebbe un vero peccato.
