A cinque anni dall’ultimo live italiano al Bellaria al Bay Fest, i NOFX sono pronti a tornare in Italia nel prossimo 2024 per il loro tour d’addio alle scene. Bio e storia dei NOFX
I NOFX sono una band punk rock americana formatasi a Los Angeles, California, nel 1983. La formazione originale includeva il cantante e bassista Fat Mike, il chitarrista Eric Melvin, il batterista Erik Sandin e il chitarrista Aaron “El Hefe” Abeyta.
La band ha guadagnato popolarità nella scena punk rock degli anni ’80 e ’90, con il loro sound veloce, testi sarcastici e umoristici e performance dal vivo energiche. Hanno pubblicato numerosi album di successo, tra cui “Punk in Drublic” nel 1994, che è diventato uno dei loro lavori più iconici.
I NOFX sono noti per essere una delle band più longeve della scena punk rock, continuando a suonare e registrare musica per oltre tre decenni. Hanno anche fondato la propria etichetta discografica, la Fat Wreck Chords, che ha contribuito a lanciare altre band punk rock di successo. Nel 2021-22 hano pubblicato due dischi intitolati beffardamente Single Album e Double Album.
