Bio e Storia dei Blackberry Smoke
I Blackberry Smoke sono una band statunitense proveniente da Atlanta, Georgia, che ha saputo riportare in auge il sound del Southern rock con un tocco moderno e personale. La loro musica, un mix di rock’n’roll, blues e country, è caratterizzata da riff potenti, melodie orecchiabili e testi che raccontano storie di vita e di strada.
Le radici dei Blackberry Smoke affondano negli anni ’80, quando alcuni dei futuri membri della band suonavano in gruppi metal. Tuttavia, è negli anni 2000 che prende forma la lineup definitiva, con Charlie Starr alla voce e chitarra, Paul Jackson alla chitarra, Richard Turner al basso, Brandon Still alle tastiere e Brit Turner alla batteria. L’ultimo album uscito nel 2024 è Be Right Here.
