Bio e Storia dei Cradle of Filth
I Cradle of Filth sono una band inglese extreme metal nata nel 1991 nel Suffolk. Inizialmente il loro stile era più vicino al black metal, ma col tempo si è evoluto in un sound più pulito e “prodotto”, che fonde elementi di gothic metal, symphonic metal e altri sottogeneri del metal.
I testi e l’immaginario dei Cradle of Filth sono fortemente influenzati dalla letteratura gotica, dalla poesia, dalla mitologia e dai film horror.
