È tornato Cee Lo Green, artista e produttore musicale attivo già da oltre dieci anni ed ex componente dei Gnarls Barkley e dei Goodie Mob che ha ottenuto un grande successo anche come solista tra il 2010 e il 2011 con l’album The Lady Killer, album che contiene il grande successo Fuck You.
Cee Lo, dopo l’esperienza in qualità di coach nella versione statunitense di The Voice, è tornato in radio nelle ultime settimane con un nuovo brano, Only You, un brano ritmato interpretato in duetto con Lauriana Mae, una nuova vocalist esordiente. Il brano anticipa il suo nuovo album, di cui ancora non si sa praticamente nulla se non il titolo, Cee-Lo Green… Is Everybody’s Brother.
La canzone, una vera e propria dichiarazione d’amore, promette di essere uno dei successi della primavera 2013.
